Kinuta Maki—salmon diced and mixed with kizami wasabi, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and lemon juice. All wrapped with a sweetened daikon radish slice. Topped with micro cilantro. Get it while it last

Fresh in for the weekend: Tamago Tofu made with dashi and free range eggs. The orange colored yolk gives the tofu a bright, distinct color. Very delicate with a touch of sweetness. Kizami Wasabi brings it all together. Get it while it lasts 🥢
